How they describe their product/innovation: OmniGuide provides the framework to deploy one or multiple conversational AI engines across an enterprise. With conversational AI, agents & customer support reps can reach customers in real-time using bot-powered logic in the form of suggested responses. By employing an easy to use interface, there can always be a human fallback when a bot “fails”. Bot powered assistance for human agents includes integrated surveys, built-in data/regulatory compliance features, statistics and reporting.
